About Mandatory Training

Mandatory Training offers online CPR, AED and first aid courses for people in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Each course is written for the country it's for, and each is a set of online lessons followed by a knowledge test.

Free to learn

Learning and the knowledge test are free, with unlimited retries. A certificate of completion is paid for only after passing, and the price is shown on each course before you start. See every course's price. A certificate records that the person named completed the online course and passed its test on the date shown. It is not a licence or an accreditation.

What the courses are based on

Course content is based on published AHA/ECC and ILCOR guidelines. We provide online educational courses only. We do not provide medical care, medical advice, telehealth consultations, or pharmaceutical products of any kind, and course content does not replace professional medical advice.

What online training doesn't include

Fully online training does not include a hands-on skills assessment, and some employers and licensing bodies require one, so check with yours before you rely on it. Whether a certificate is accepted is decided by your employer, licensing body or organization, not by us.

Independent

Mandatory Training is an independent training provider, not affiliated with or endorsed by the American Heart Association®, the Red Cross®, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, the Canadian Red Cross, Resuscitation Council UK, the British Red Cross, St John Ambulance, the New Zealand Resuscitation Council, ANZCOR, St John New Zealand, New Zealand Red Cross or any government body.

Who runs it

Mandatory Training is run by AWFA Projects Pty Ltd (ACN 664 826 877), an Australian company.
Registered office: Suite 02, Level 12, 97 Creek Street, Brisbane QLD 4000, Australia
